Our mobile technician will test your alternator output voltage (should be ~13.8V–14.4V) and starter current draw before unboxing your new battery. If the alternator is faulty, we will explain the diagnosis honestly and you are NOT forced to purchase an unnecessary battery.
Simply hand over your old dead battery to our service technician upon installation. We deduct ₱500 directly from your invoice total on the spot and ensure eco-friendly lead-acid recycling in compliance with DENR standards.
